Job Description

Position Summary:

Our client is looking for a seasoned General Restaurant Manager to lead the opening and daily operations. The ideal candidate brings a background in fine dining or specialty café environments, a hands-on approach to pre-opening, and the ability to build and inspire a high-performing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

General

· Lead all pre-opening activities including team setup, supplier onboarding, and operational readiness

· Oversee day-to-day operations and maintain exceptional guest experience standards

· Manage, coach, and develop the team to deliver consistent, high-quality service

· Own the venue's P\&L, budgets, and commercial targets

· Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and stakeholders

BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS \& EXPERIENCE

Experience \& Skills

· 8+ years in F\&B operations, with senior management or GM-level experience

· Proven pre-opening experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality concept

· Background in fine dining, specialty café, or artisan bakery environments

· Strong leadership, communication, and commercial skills

· Passion for food, coffee culture, and delivering memorable guest experiences
