職位概述 Role Overview

我們正在台灣招聘專案執行／專案經理，負責統籌協調海外專案的落地執行，工作中會涉及不少搭建（build-up）與拆卸（tear-down）階段的現場管理。 We are looking for a Taiwan-based Project Executive / Project Manager to lead the on-the-ground execution of overseas events and sports-event projects, with a strong focus on custom booth/structure build-up and tear-down management.

你將常駐台灣，無需搬遷至公司所在地；當專案進入搭建階段前後，需前往專案所在地（如香港、新加坡、馬來西亞、泰國等）出差駐點，跟進至拆建結束，單次駐點週期一般為 1–3 個月。 You will remain based in Taiwan and are not required to relocate. Around the build-up phase of each project, you will travel to the project site (e.g. Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, etc.) and stay on-site through tear-down. Each on-site assignment typically runs 1–3 months.

主要職責 Key Responsibilities

• 負責海外活動／體育賽事專案的現場執行統籌，涵蓋特裝展位、臨時結構的搭建與拆卸全流程管理 Lead on-site execution of overseas events/sports-event projects, overseeing the full build-up and tear-down cycle of custom stands/structures.
• 對接場館方、當地承包商、供應商及施工團隊，確保工程進度、品質與安全符合標準 Liaise with venues, local contractors, suppliers and build crews to ensure schedule, quality and safety standards are met.
• 掌控專案預算、物料與人力排程，即時識別並排除現場突發狀況 Manage project budget, materials and manpower scheduling; identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• 擔任總部（中文溝通）與當地團隊／客戶／場館方（英文）之間的溝通橋樑 Act as the communication bridge between headquarters (Chinese-speaking) and local teams/clients/venues (English).
• 專案結束後彙整現場執行報告與檢討總結 Compile on-site execution reports and post-project reviews.

應徵資格 Requirements

• 現居台灣者優先 Taiwan-based candidates preferred.
• 中英文雙語流暢（書面＋口語），能與內地及香港團隊，以及海外客戶／供應商無障礙溝通 Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese; able to communicate seamlessly with mainland China/Hong Kong teams and overseas clients/vendors.
• 具備活動或體育賽事專案執行經驗，若有特裝展位搭建（Booth Build / Fit-out）相關專案管理經驗尤佳 Experience in events or sports-event project execution; experience in custom exhibition stand/booth build (fit-out) project management strongly preferred.
• 願意配合階段性出差駐點（單次 1–3 個月），出差地區可能涵蓋香港、新加坡、馬來西亞、泰國等 Willing to travel and stay on-site for extended periods (1–3 months per assignment), involving regions such as Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
• 具備良好的現場協調能力、抗壓性與問題解決能力，能獨立對接承包商及施工團隊 Strong on-site coordination, stress-management and problem-solving skills; able to independently liaise with contractors and build crews.
• 全職應徵者需具備 3 年以上相關專案管理經驗；兼職／接案者依個案經驗彈性評估 Full-time candidates: 3+ years of relevant project management experience. Part-time/freelance candidates evaluated on a project-by-project basis.

薪資 Compensation

• 全職 Full-time：薪資面議，依經驗與面試結果核定 / Negotiable based on experience and interviews.
• 兼職／接案 Part-time / Freelance：可依專案、駐點天數或月結計酬，薪資面議 / Paid per project, per on-site day, or per month; rate negotiable.

出差期間公司負擔 Covered by the company during on-site assignments

• 當地交通費實報實銷（如提前協議，可改為租車，費用由公司負擔） Taxi expenses reimbursed (or rental car costs if agreed in advance)
• 住宿費用報銷 Hotel / accommodation reimbursed
• 其他工作相關支出實報實銷 Other work-related expenses reimbursed
• 提供出差期間餐費補貼 Meal allowance provided
