WE ARE HIRING – Restaurant Manager

Location: Kuwait

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager with a strong background in 4 or 5-star hotels to lead operations at a modern brasserie outlet. Candidates with Forbes-standard experience and Arab nationality are highly preferred (High Priority). A proven track record in luxury hospitality is essential.

Job Description:

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and profitability in a luxury dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations and guest service
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience aligned with luxury and Forbes standards
  • Lead, train, and supervise service teams to maintain high performance
  • Monitor service quality, staff grooming, and operational excellence
  • Manage budgets, cost control, inventory, and revenue performance
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
  • Develop strategies to increase sales, brand presence, and guest loyalty
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in 4 or 5-star hotels or luxury dining outlets
  • Forbes background is a strong advantage (High Priority)
  • Arab nationality preferred
  • Experience managing a modern brasserie or upscale casual outlet
  • Strong leadership, communication, and guest relations skills
  • Proven ability to drive operational excellence and revenue growth
