Bay of Many Coves Resort is seeking experienced resort hospitality workers — especially couples — to join our luxury lodge team in the Marlborough Sounds.
We are looking for capable, guest-focused people with 2–5+ years’ hospitality experience who can learn quickly, work confidently, and help create warm, polished and memorable guest experiences.
Roles are available across the following areas:
· Housekeeping – preparing guest rooms and resort spaces to a consistently high standard, with strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
· Food \& Beverage Service – delivering attentive service across our restaurant, bar and room-service experiences
· Chef – helping create refined culinary experiences that showcase quality ingredients and thoughtful presentation
· Reception \& Reservations – welcoming guests, managing bookings and supporting seamless guest relations

Accessible only by boat (or helicopter :) our resort offers a rare opportunity to combine luxury hospitality with an extraordinary remote lifestyle surrounded by the Queen Charlotte Sound.
This opportunity is particularly well suited to hospitality couples, with free on-site staff accommodation provided.
You will be part of a close-knit team where teamwork, adaptability and a willingness to pitch in are essential.

About you:
· Previous experience in luxury, boutique or high-end hospitality is preferred

· Comfortable living and working remotely in a bay with no road access
