Your primary responsibility will be professional video editing and post-production, with content shooting as an important secondary capability.
You'll work closely with our Videographer \& Content Producer to turn high-quality raw footage into fast, engaging, polished and commercially effective content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and digital advertising.
We don't simply want someone who knows how to operate editing software.
We want someone who understands why people watch, why they keep watching, and why they share.
YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY — EDITING \& POST-PRODUCTION

We want someone capable of producing excellent work at the speed modern social media demands — while maintaining premium brand standards.
You'll work across several very different environments, from premium dessert restaurants to afternoon tea, events, street-food-inspired food and lifestyle content.
TRAVEL
Your base will be Leicester, but regular venue visits will form part of the role.
Content sessions will take place across Leicester, Watford and Bristol, generally once or twice per month per location depending on campaigns and requirements.
Reasonable authorised business travel expenses will be covered.
Some evening/weekend availability will occasionally be required to capture events and genuine hospitality atmosphere.
WHY JOIN US?
This is an opportunity to become part of an in-house creative operation rather than simply processing someone else's footage.
