Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Leasing Agent to join our growing team in Edmonton. The Leasing Agent is responsible for managing the full leasing process, supporting prospective and current residents, and contributing to occupancy and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service skills, a professional approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours, engage prospective residents, and provide information on available suites and community features.
• Manage leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins; ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
• Process rental applications, verify documents, and assist with preparing lease agreements.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and daily leasing trackers.
• Support marketing and outreach initiatives to help meet occupancy targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both current and future residents.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth daily operations and well-prepared units.
• Ensure all leasing and supporting documentation complies with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct resident move-ins and complete all required move-in documentation accurately and promptly

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of leasing experience (required).
• Experience with Yardi is an asset; training will be provided.
• Reliable vehicle required for work-related travel.
• Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of inquiries, tours, and administrative tasks.
• Professional, customer-focused, reliable, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
