Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated, professional, and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying and closing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, and field visits.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Present company products and services professionally to potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly until successful closure.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms while maximizing profitability.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new products, services, and promotions.
- Attend meetings, training sessions, exhibitions, and networking events as required.
- Develop strategic sales plans to expand the customer base.
- Promote the company's brand and maintain a professional image at all times.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.
- Follow up with existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities.
- Support marketing campaigns by generating qualified leads and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
- Valid driver's license (preferred, if field sales is required).
