ROLE SUMMARY We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Reservations Agent to handle room bookings, manage OTA channels, and maximize occupancy at Tamr Inn Hotel, Dubai.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and OTA platforms
- Manage bookings and room inventory in the PMS and channel manager
- Monitor rates and availability across all online channels
- Coordinate with front office for smooth guest arrivals
- Respond to guest queries and special requests related to bookings
- Generate reservation reports and daily arrival summaries
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–3 years of hotel reservations experience (UAE experience preferred)
- Proficient in hotel PMS and channel management systems
- Familiar with OTA platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts including weekends
- Hospitality diploma/degree preferred
