We are looking for a Senior Logistics Agent for our Industrial and Logistics Agency business line.

The key responsibility of the role is to reinforce our positioning as a strategic Industrial & Logistics advisor to the most important corporates, investors and developers in Italy. You will be part of the wider JLL Southern European Cluster and EMEA networks, working as an integrated multinational team to achieve our clients' ambitions. You will have access to the full power of the JLL knowledge working with our Capital Markets, Research and Professional Services teams to deliver best in class service.

What this job involves

Delivering core real estate services

Reporting directly to the Head of I&L Agency in Italy, the role will include marketing of existing products as well as developments, supporting and advising clients at all stages of negotiations through closing. Our clients include local companies and global corporations. Our client transaction process will be central to your role. You'll take part in client meetings and property tours and you'll meet property owners, developers, appraisers and brokers.

Promoting our services & developing our business

New business development is also part of the role: you'll work to support the development of new business proposals and follow-up materials, such as lease comparisons, market overviews and prospect or client presentations. You'll also provide clients with industry and market-specific information and maintain contact information on prospects as well as updating database and activities on our online platforms.

Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have:
A degree in business, finance, real estate or relevant qualification

Sound knowledge of the I&L scenario and proven experience/track records within Real Estate

Strong commercial experience and aptitude

A good working knowledge of Italian is essential. English is also required.

Strong team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and aptitude in establishing and managing long-lasting relationships with our clients and the wider JLL team

Capability to work on objectives and strong interest in professional growth and career development

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

We are looking for candidates with experience in real estate brokerage and consultancy or similar roles.

Riportando direttamente alla direzione I&L Agency in Italia, il ruolo includerà la commercializzazione di prodotti esistenti e sviluppi, supportando e consigliando i clienti in tutte le fasi delle negoziazioni fino alla chiusura. I nostri clienti includono aziende locali e multinazionali. Il processo transazionale con i clienti sarà centrale nel tuo ruolo. Parteciperai a incontri con clienti e tour delle proprietà, e incontrerai proprietari, developer, valutatori e broker.

Promozione dei nostri servizi e sviluppo del business

Lo sviluppo di nuove opportunità commerciali è anch'esso parte del ruolo: lavorerai per supportare lo sviluppo di nuove proposte commerciali e materiali di follow-up, come confronti di locazioni, panoramiche di mercato e presentazioni per prospect o clienti. Fornirai inoltre ai clienti informazioni specifiche del settore e del mercato e manterrai le informazioni di contatto sui prospect, aggiornando database e attività sulle nostre piattaforme online.

Ti riconosci in questo profilo? Per candidarti devi avere:
Laurea in economia, finanza, settore immobiliare o qualifica pertinente

Solida conoscenza dello scenario I&L ed esperienza comprovata/track record nel settore Real Estate

Forte esperienza commerciale e attitudine

Buona conoscenza delle lingue italiana e inglese è essenziale

Forte team player, con eccellenti competenze interpersonali e di comunicazione e capacità nel stabilire e gestire relazioni durature con i nostri clienti e il più ampio team JLL

Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi e forte interesse per la crescita professionale e di carriera

Competenza nell'utilizzo di Microsoft Office

Cerchiamo candidature con esperienza nel brokeraggio immobiliare e consulenza o ruoli simili.
