We are a Dubai-based corporate services firm providing accounting, VAT, corporate tax, and advisory solutions to companies across the UAE. We are expanding our sales engine and looking for hungry, self-driven Business Development Representatives to join our team.

Role Overview \& Earnings Model

• Role Type: Independent Sales Representative / Freelance (Remote)
• Compensation Structure: Performance-Based / Uncapped Commission
• Commission Rate: 20% flat commission on initial client contracts (e.g., earn AED 1,000 for a AED 5,000 deal)
• Pay Schedule: Monthly payouts directly via bank transfer

What You Will Do

• Outbound outreach (Eurostaffs, direct messaging) targeting UAE-based companies, real estate brokerages, and agencies.
• Introduce prospects to our core corporate tax, VAT, and accounting services using our proven sales playbooks and scripts.
• Schedule discovery calls and close client retainer deals.
