Full-Time Outdoor Sales Representative (Female)

We are seeking a driven and energetic female sales professional to join our team as a full-time Outdoor Sales Representative. In this role, you will promote and sell premium floral services to hotels, restaurants, and hospitality businesses across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively prospect, pitch, and close sales deals with hotels, restaurants, and event venues.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Conduct in-person sales visits using your own car (mileage allowance may apply).
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with attractive commission incentives.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driving license and own a reliable car (mandatory).
• Proven experience in B2B sales, field sales, or hospitality sales (preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of the hotel/restaurant industry is a plus.
