Lead Installer – Kitchen \& Bath Remodeling (Path to Construction Manager)

Premium Kitchen \& Bath is expanding and we’re seeking a skilled, driven Lead Installer to manage day-to-day project execution in the field. This role requires leadership, craftsmanship, professionalism, and a desire to grow into a Construction Manager role over time.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, execute and perform all phases of kitchen \& bath remodeling projects
  • Supervise, teach, and mentor secondary installers and helpers
  • Coordinate daily jobsite workflow, scheduling, and subcontractors
  • Conduct pre-construction walkthroughs and Day-1 project launches
  • Serve as primary client contact for assigned projects
  • Review and interpret plans, layouts, and measurements accurately
  • Perform all aspects of construction from demo to final touch-ups as it pertains to kitchen \& bath remodeling.
  • Complete hands-on carpentry, cabinetry installation, trim work, and finish carpentry
  • Perform light plumbing and electrical tasks as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite daily
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to company quality standards
  • Uphold safety standards and maintain a professional working environment
  • Work collaboratively with the Superintendent, Construction Manager, Design Team, subs, and clients
  • Deliver a consistent 5-star customer experience
  • Ability to operate both independently as well as a team. We typically run 2-man crews on projects, One Lead installer and One Secondary installer

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of carpentry and remodeling experience (kitchen/bath preferred)
  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
  • Strong communication and client interaction skills
  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate junior team members
  • High attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and make decisions on the jobsite
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Growth mindset with desire to advance into leadership roles

Schedule \& Compensation

  • Full-time: Monday – Friday \| 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (adjusted based on project needs)
  • Compensation range: $60,000 – $80,000/year (based on experience)
  • Company take-home truck/van + gas card
