We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Delivery Lead Manager with a strong technical background to oversee complex delivery projects within Health \& Public Services, with specific experience in Local Public Administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization. This role requires proven experience in leading projects within the industry, a deep understanding of processes and methodologies, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.

The Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, client relations, and team leadership, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards . This role requires a client-focused mindset, a passion for delivering exceptional service, and a proactive, results-oriented approach

What you will do:

Client Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Understand client needs and requirements and ensure these are effectively communicated to the delivery team.
• Regularly update clients on project progress, manage expectations, and address any issues or concerns promptly.

• Collaborate with the Sales Accounts to develop the business on the Client. Project Delivery:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage the delivery schedule.

• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting on progress and any necessary adjustments. Team Leadership:

• Strong management skills, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

• Oversee a team of project managers, coordinators, and other delivery staff.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure. Process Improvement :

• Identify opportunities for improving delivery processes and implementing best practices.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks to project success and develop mitigation strategies.

• Monitor and manage project risks and issues, escalating them as necessary.
• Understand the competitive landscape and emerging technologies that impact the sector.
• Anticipate client needs and identify new business opportunities.

Qualification

Skills and e xperiences

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• 5–7 years of experience in project management, delivery management, with a strong technical background and proven experience in managing complex delivery projects for PAL – Local Public Administration.
• Proven experience managing system integration projects.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello). Vivi al meglio la tua carriera:

Ritribuzione:

La retribuzione in Avanade varia in base a un’ampia gamma di fattori, tra cui, a titolo esemplificativo ma non esaustivo, il ruolo, il livello di seniority, la sede di lavoro, le responsabilità, le competenze e l’esperienza maturata. La fascia di retribuzione base prevista è compresa tra €39,180 e €72,000.

Nota:

L’intervallo retributivo indicato è fornito esclusivamente a fini di riferimento e, in nessun caso, potrà derogare o prevalere su eventuali minimi retributivi previsti dalla normativa vigente o dal contratto collettivo applicabile tempo per tempo.
