The person must…

• Have evidence of registration with Medical Council of Ireland.
• Demonstrate evidence of continuous professional development and learning.
• Have access to own transport and full driving license
• Have minimum 12 months experience in an associated relevant speciality i.e. Care of The Elderly, General Internal Medicine or Oncology
• Have strong IT skills in MS Office suite and other relevant packages
• Participate in the On Call Rota
• Membership of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland or Membership of MRCP(UK) or Membership of Irish College of General Practitioners is desirable.
• A minimum of 4 months Specialist Palliative Care experience is desirable.
