Spring Living Retirement Communities (springliving.ca) is a boutique, rapidly growing Canadian senior living owner/operator, who currently owns and operates retirement communities in Ontario and Quebec. The company has an ambitious growth plan to expanding through acquisition of mid-market retirement residences across Canada over the next 5 years. Spring Living’s mission is to create warm, welcoming and secure environments for residents, foster caring connections, and provide personalized services by team members who are committed to making a significant IMPACT every day.
Spring Living is the Retirement Community platform of the BAZ group; a Real Estate company that strategically acquires, develops, constructs and repositions assets throughout North America.
JOB OVERVIEW
REPORTS TO: Senior Director, Resident Care \& Service
The Regional, Wellness Specialist at Spring Living is responsible for leading and supporting the delivery of high-quality resident care services across all communities within Ontario. This role ensures that all care operations comply with regulatory standards, align with organizational values, and promote the safety, health, and well-being of residents. The Regional, Wellness Specialist plays a key leadership role by mentoring care teams, fostering a culture of excellence, and driving continuous improvement in care delivery. All duties are performed in the best interest of the residents and their families, and in accordance with Spring Living’s vision, mission and values statements.
The successful candidate will focus on developing a high-performing team by promoting a culture of accountability and innovation, consistent with the Spring Living values. They have responsibility for leading, coaching and inspiring the leadership teams to achieve and exceed KPI targets for their community.
