We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks and must be knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate closings and pending files. Additionally, the ability to file and complete deal paperwork accurately is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and emails daily in a professional and courteous manner.
- Load listings and prepare agreements and offers as needed.
- Schedule and confirm appointments between clients and agents.
- Maintain an organized electronic and paper filing system.
- File and complete deal paperwork efficiently and accurately.
- Be knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate closings and manage pending files.
- Utilize social media marketing strategies to promote new and sold listings on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and others.
- Work with real estate and marketing software such as REALM, MLS, Brokerbay, WebForms, Authentisign, Canva, etc.
Qualifications:
- Experience in real estate administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in real estate and marketing software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
