What You'll Do

As a member of our team, you'll:

• Build lasting relationships with buyers and sellers
• Conduct professional buyer and seller consultations
• Guide clients through every step of the buying and selling process
• Show homes and negotiate offers with confidence
• Complete listing presentations and pricing strategies
• Follow proven systems and processes
• Stay current on market trends and industry changes
• Consistently follow up with leads and clients
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Represent the Almar Real Estate Group brand with professionalism and integrity

What We're Looking For

We're looking for driven professionals who are serious about building a long-term real estate career.

Ideal candidates have:

• A valid Ontario Real Estate Licence (required)
• A minimum of 2 years of real estate experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A professional, confident, client-first approach
• A commitment to continuous learning and personal growth
• High ethical standards and integrity
• A full-time commitment to real estate
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• A desire to contribute to one of Canada's top-performing real estate teams
• A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
• Availability to work evenings and weekends when required

Compensation

Full-Time

Earning Potential: From $100,000+ per year

Your income is directly tied to your effort, commitment, and performance—with no cap on your earning potential.
