Your Tasks – What You Can Expect as an R\&D Specialist

Formulation \& Product Development

• Develop, optimize, and test ink and coating formulations through laboratory experiments
• Execute standard laboratory techniques, evaluate results, and document outcomes accurately
• Support prototype development and performance testing according to internal and customer requirements
• Conduct literature reviews, technical benchmarking, and patent screenings to stay up to date with industry developments

R\&D Project Support

• Contribute to regional and global R\&D projects under the guidance of the R\&D Project Leader or Manager
• Translate technical requirements into experimental plans and support product commercialization activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams (technology application, production, supplier development, marketing)

Market \& Customer Orientation

• Support market and competitive analyses to identify formulation improvement opportunities
• Assist in adapting products based on customer needs, regulatory requirements, and sustainability targets

Project Execution \& Documentation

• Ensure timely execution of assigned R\&D tasks in line with project plans and priorities
• Prepare technical reports, experimental documentation, and presentations for internal stakeholders
• Support R\&D processes and documentation requirements in line with R\&D Legislation Law No. 5746

Continuous Learning

• Proactively develop technical know-how through literature, internal knowledge sharing, and hands-on experimentation
• Actively participate in training programs and global R\&D knowledge networks

Safety \& Compliance

• Perform all laboratory work in full compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards

Your Profile – What You Bring as an R\&D Specialist

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Chemistry (organic, polymer, materials, or formulation chemistry preferred)
• Experience or strong academic background in formulation development and laboratory work
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and experimental evaluation skills
• Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a structured manner
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, international environment
• Proactive mindset with curiosity and passion for innovation
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
