Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment High-Volume Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing for a high-volume workforce while supporting recruitment and onboarding activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate payroll administration, maintain compliance, and coordinate efficiently with HR, recruitment, and finance teams.
Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume payroll accurately and on schedule for large employee populations
- Maintain payroll records, timesheets, deductions, benefits, and tax-related information
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including employee documentation and payroll setup
- Coordinate with HR, finance, and recruitment teams to resolve payroll and employee concerns
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, labor laws, and company policies
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and prepare payroll reports and analysis
- Assist with audits, employee records management, and compliance documentation
- Support process improvements for payroll efficiency and workforce administration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in payroll processing, HR administration, or recruitment support in high-volume environments
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, labor regulations, and HR processes
- Proficiency in payroll software, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
- Payroll or HR certifications are an advantage
Pay: QAR10,000.00 per month
