Job Responsibilities:
- Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, products, and services at competitive prices.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure sufficient stock availability.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
- Any additional task by manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with auto count systems will be an added advantage.
