Gainwell is seeking a Provider Solutions Customer Success Lead who will be a key strategy partner translating product knowledge and expertise into client-facing content. You will provide product expertise to internal partners and Medicaid State Agencies with the ability to convey complex information to internal and external stakeholders - in order to position Gainwell as strongly as possible in the market. You will be crucial in providing strategic guidance throughout the sales process, driving sales by bridging the gap between Gainwell’s solution and State Medicaid needs via knowledge sharing. You will collect voice of client from client service team, market analyses, user groups and sales process to inform product development. A successful candidate will be highly organized, strategic, creative, and have exceptional problem solving, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

The pay range for this position is $81,100.00 - $115,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
