Location: Wigan / Greater Manchester
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About Us

We are a growing property development company creating high-quality homes and communities. As our business continues to expand, we're looking for a confident, creative and organised individual to become the face of our brand online while supporting our sales team and showcasing our developments.

This is not a desk-based marketing role. We're looking for someone who loves social media, enjoys being on camera, has a flair for content creation and wants to help drive sales through engaging digital marketing.

The Role

As our Property Brand Ambassador \& Content Creator, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, promoting our developments and working closely with the sales team.

You'll visit sites, film content, interview team members, showcase properties and help tell the story behind our developments from Uk to Qatar.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation \& Social Media

  • Manage the company's Instagram, Facebook, Eurostaffs, TikTok and YouTube channels.
  • Create, film and edit high-quality videos, reels, stories and posts.
  • Develop engaging content calendars and campaigns.
  • Attend developments and site visits to capture content.
  • Present confidently on camera for property tours, project updates and promotional videos.
  • Create graphics, captions and marketing materials using Canva or similar software.
  • Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to grow our audience and reach.

Sales Support

  • Work closely with the sales team to promote available properties and developments.
  • Respond to social media enquiries and direct leads to the sales team.
  • Assist with customer communications and appointment coordination.
  • Create and support marketing campaigns and property launches.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Confident, outgoing and comfortable being in front of the camera.
  • Passionate about social media and content creation.
  • Experienced in filming and editing content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
  • Creative with a strong eye for branding and storytelling.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Professional with excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and eager to help grow a brand.

Essential Skills

  • Experience managing social media accounts.
  • Video editing experience (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Eurostaffs and TikTok.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Desirable

  • Experience within property, construction, housebuilding or real estate.
  • Photography, videography or drone experience.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media advertising.
