The Projects Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the construction, engineering, and industrial sectors. The role focuses on generating project leads, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company's growth by securing new projects and expanding its market presence.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities across the construction, infrastructure, industrial, and MEP sectors.
- Monitor projects in the planning, tendering, bidding, and execution stages.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of projects, consultants, contractors, and potential clients.
- Track project opportunities from initial concept through contract award.
- Prioritize target projects in alignment with the company's business development strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and follow-up meetings to generate business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support proposal preparation and tender submissions.
Reporting
Prepare and submit weekly reports covering:
- Client meetings and visits
- New projects identified
- Qualified sales leads
- Meeting outcomes and follow-up actions
- Potential business opportunities
- Sales pipeline updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in construction, engineering, MEP, or industrial contracting companies is preferred.
- Valid driving license.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Sales, Business Development, or Technical Sales.
- Existing network within the local construction and engineering market is highly preferred.
