Job Description

The F&B Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, construction, and launch of multiple food and beverage outlets, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with brand and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Coordination

  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple F&B locations.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Establish critical milestones and oversee progress from site selection to operational handover.
    1. Construction & Fit-Out Management
  • Supervise the construction and interior fit-out process for all restaurant locations, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site challenges to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure efficient layout planning for kitchen and front-of-house areas to optimize operations.

  • Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities for construction, health & safety, and operational licensing.

  • Ensure all F&B outlets meet industry standards and regulatory requirements for food service operations.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage contracts for contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Oversee procurement of kitchen equipment, furniture, and fixtures, ensuring timely delivery and installation.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure all materials and equipment meet brand standards.
  • Track and manage project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Review and approve invoices, ensuring transparency and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Ensure seamless transition from construction to operations, including staff training, supply chain setup, and equipment testing.
  • Conduct final inspections and ensure snag lists are addressed before handover.
  • Support pre-opening activities, including soft openings and operational launch strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress, risks, and key milestones.
  • Act as the central point of contact between internal teams, investors, and external partners
