Job Scope / Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities.
- Supervise and monitor daily site operations to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review construction drawings and identify any drawing discrepancies, conflicts or technical issues.
- Prepare, submit and follow up on Requests for Information (RFI) to consultants for clarification.
- Prepare and issue technical correspondence, site instructions and project-related letters to consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications and contract documents.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate material procurement, delivery schedules and site resources.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Attend site meetings and provide technical support and project updates.
- Maintain proper project documentation, including reports, RFIs, correspondence, inspections and site records.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control to ensure timely project completion
Qualifications \& Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- Experience in handling high-rise building projects is an advantage.
- Familiar with construction drawings, site coordination and project documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and project management software.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Construction management: 3 years (Preferred)
