Job Goal:
- To ensure management of Civil Works portion of the projects acquired to be delivered on time and budget.
- To ensure quality of works are to clients satisfaction according to technical specification.
- To ensure safety aspects of works are recognized and according to client’s requirement.
You will play an important role to:
- Stationed at site as and when required especially during critical work (concreting, inspection, lifting and etc).
- To report on project progress to Project Manager (PM).
- To come out with Project Work Program (WP) and to update the WP as site progress.
- To coordinate work at site with appointed subcontractors to client's satisfaction according to contract, approved drawing and technical specifications.
- To raise Request for Quotation (RFQ) for PM to subcontract.
- To attend meeting with client to report on site progress.
- To liaise with respective authority and client on permit approval.
- To come out with Method Statement (MS) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for works to be conducted at site.
- To laisse with client on Joint Measurement Sheet (JMS) and claims submission.
- To coordinate with Consultant and assist PM on the design drawings to suite electrical equipment and design.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2 years of working experience in project planning and control in civil construction or infrastructure project.
- Willing to travel.
- Strong project management skills, good interpersonal skills and ability to provide solution for problem solving. At least 2 years of working experience to be eligible for RAA training requirement.
- Willing to accept contract term until Dec 2026.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,700.00 per month
