Our mission is simple yet powerful: to elevate the quality of life in the communities we serve by innovating and improving the spaces where people reside, work, and gather.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment in our Woking office, supporting the successful rollout of multiple projects. As Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly, acting as the central point of coordination across teams, clients, and site operations.

You’ll be heavily involved in the day-to-day running of projects, ensuring everything stays on track, deadlines are met, and customers receive a high-quality service throughout.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support the day-to-day coordination of multiple projects, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery from an administrative perspective
  • Act as a central point of communication for project queries, liaising with Project Managers, site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
  • Help drive project performance by supporting planning and ensuring KPIs and timelines are met
  • Produce and update project data to support weekly and monthly reporting
  • Process and manage programmed works, ensuring accurate uploads across internal and external systems
  • Support the full project lifecycle, including survey scheduling, progress tracking, and completion sign-off
  • Assist with preparing quotes, including Green Homes applications
  • Liaise with field-based teams daily to ensure effective job allocation and completion
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, tracking through to successful resolution
  • Prepare completion packs and ensure all aspects of project close-out are completed and recorded
  • Order materials and support overall project logistics as required

What we’re looking for

  • Strong experience in administration or project coordination within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • A proactive problem solver, able to handle both technical and non-technical challenges
  • Comfortable working with data, systems, and reporting tools
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering a high standard of service
  • Professional, reliable, and able to work with a high level of integrity
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to support project delivery to tight deadlines

Our package:

  • Up to £33,000 base
  • 29 days annual leave (includes statutory bank holidays and Christmas \& New Year closure).
  • Competitive annual leave package and enhanced family leave (maternity, paternity)
  • Healthcare cash plan, cycle to work scheme, and electric vehicle leasing options
  • Inclusive, diverse workplace culture with a Gender \& Equality Working Group
  • Sureserve Academy for career progression and learning
