We give you a world of potential

Originally built on our core share registry business, Computershare has grown to offer a diverse range of services, including employee equity plans, stakeholder communications, corporate governance, fund services, class action administration, deposit protection, and mortgage servicing.

Within this, Issuer Services is the division dedicated to delivering administrative solutions to issuer clients and their individual security holders.

A role you will love

Reporting to the Meeting Service Delivery Operations Manager, the Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering seamless meeting services for our clients. You’ll act as the key link between clients and internal stakeholders, coordinating the end-to-end delivery of meeting communications and logistics — from preparing and distributing documentation to overseeing meeting setup, execution, and post-meeting reporting.

As a trusted subject matter expert, you’ll represent your state on all meeting-related activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a consistently high standard of service. You’ll also collaborate closely with national teams to identify and drive process improvements, helping to enhance the client and security holder experience.

This is a fast-paced and dynamic role, particularly during peak meeting season, where you’ll manage multiple clients and competing priorities. Your ability to stay organised, adaptable, and solutions-focused will be key to maintaining service excellence during high-volume periods.

You’ll work as part of a supportive and collaborative team, stepping in to assist others when needed to ensure all client commitments are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

As our business evolves, you’ll have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities across the broader team, building your capability and broadening your experience. Adhering to company policies and best practices, you’ll partner with stakeholders to consistently meet and exceed client expectations.

What will you bring to the role?

You bring strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently liaise with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. You’re highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, especially in fast-paced, peak periods—while maintaining accuracy and service excellence.

A collaborative team player, you contribute to a positive team environment and step in to support others when needed. You’re proactive in identifying process improvements and efficiencies, and confident acting as a subject matter expert within your area.

Adaptable and solutions-focused, you thrive in a dynamic environment and are comfortable taking on new responsibilities as business needs evolve. Above all, you are committed to delivering exceptional client experience while adhering to established processes, policies, and standards.
