We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Photographer, Videographer \& Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling the full content production process — from developing creative ideas and shooting professional photos and videos to advanced editing and delivering high-quality content for social media and digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Professional video shooting and photography for social media, advertising campaigns, corporate events, services, and promotional content.
- Plan and execute creative video concepts, reels, short-form videos, and promotional productions.
- Handle professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, stabilizers/gimbals, microphones, and other production equipment.
- Perform professional video editing and post-production, including:
- Video editing and sequencing
- Color correction and color grading
- Audio editing and synchronization
- Transitions and visual effects
- Motion graphics
- Subtitles and text animation
- Create engaging content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Eurostaffs, and other digital platforms.
- Develop creative content ideas, concepts, scripts, and visual storytelling approaches.
- Produce both short-form and long-form video content.
- Maintain organized photo and video libraries and project files.
- Follow current social media trends and adapt content accordingly.
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to transform marketing objectives into strong visual content.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience in Photography, Videography, Content Creation, and Video Editing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating previous photography and video production work.
- Advanced knowledge of professional camera operation, lighting, composition, and audio recording.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
- Excellent understanding of color grading and professional post-production workflows.
- Ability to create high-quality Reels, TikTok videos, advertisements, corporate videos, interviews, and promotional content.
- Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of social media formats, trends, hooks, and audience engagement.
- Ability to work independently from concept → shooting → editing → final delivery.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience using AI tools for content creation, editing, or creative production is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate
We are looking for someone who is not only a camera operator or editor, but a complete visual content creator who can take an idea and turn it into professional, engaging content from start to finish.
A strong portfolio or showreel is required when applying.
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
