1. Monitor the use of raw and sub-materials
2. Perform routine machinery maintenance and repair
3. Assist QC Inspector to implement quality control activities
4. Supervise and discipline production operators
5. Responsible for preparation of sample
6. Reduce production waste and enhance output
7. Perform monthly stock take as assigned
8. Monitor and maintain housekeeping (5S) at production area
9. Monitor operator’s attendance and discipline
10. Ensure machines, tools and equipment are proper maintained
11. Maintain proper record and storage of printing plate and die cut mould
12. Ensure production planning executed as per plan
13. Monitor machine operator work according to work instruction
14. Responsible for rework and sorting of non-conforming products
15. Ensure products are manufactured according to customer’s specification and requirements (manufacturing order and master card)
16. Monitor production rejects and wastage
17. Ensure workers wear proper PPE as per requirement at workplace
18. Educate and ensure production workers follow safety rules
19. Check daily machine inspection reports
20. Conduct monthly WIP and sub-material stock take
21. Follow up daily delivery schedules
22. Ensure MSDS/CSDS of all items are available at workplace and clearly to understand
23. Responsible to make sure all WIP and non-conformance items with Identification Tag
24. Ensure production workers follow WI steps and do their task efficiently
25. Responsible to achieve monthly machine output targets
26. Monitor authorized forklift drivers to understand and follow the procedures when operating the forklift
27. Responsible for overtime planning
28. Ensure toolbox meeting conducted by each section leaders
29. Monitor of QESH Objectives \& Targets and programs
30. Immediately update with superior if have any non-conformity, accident, spillage or any emergency situation for further action
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
