- Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities based on sales orders, project timelines, and production capacity
- Prepare detailed production schedules for carpentry, finishing, and assembly processes
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials such as wood panels, hardware, fittings, and finishing materials by coordinating with purchasing and warehouse teams
- Monitor daily production progress and adjust schedules to address delays, design changes, or material shortages
- Work closely with production supervisors, carpenters, and finishing teams to ensure smooth workflow and on‑time completion
- Analyze production capacity, manpower, and machine utilization to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
- Maintain accurate production records, work orders, and inventory usage reports
- Coordinate with sales, project, and interior design teams to support custom furniture orders and delivery schedules
- Ensure production plans comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and control costs
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM7,033.52 per month
