Production Operative

As a Production operative you will play a key role in production of modular buildings with a leading Irish manufacturer. As part of the production team, you will perform functions across the factory to ensure we achieve the highest level of safety, quality and deliver on production targets. This role is in a fast-paced environment with the opportunity to be cross trained across all stages of the manufacturing process.

Job Description

• Position available within our production team with cross functional development for the right candidate
• Complete tasks to the highest quality, in a timely manner
• Operate manufacturing equipment including safe set up, operations, cleaning and maintaining the area
• Take a proactive approach to Safety and Quality and continual improvement
• Complete tasks assigned to execute on the production plan

Skills and Requirements

• Carpentry/joinery experience desirable, but not essential
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team essential
• Experience of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Must be a team player with flexibility, responsiveness and be self-motivated
• Must be competent with power tools in the safe work practice.
• Ability to read manufacturing/construction drawings
