We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Print Room Operator / Production Assistant to join our Information Technology Services team. This role provides production support for large-volume printing projects and is responsible for printing, photocopying, binding, production record management and the maintenance of print equipment. You will work closely with tauira, academic and professional staff, ensuring print jobs are completed to specification, on time and to a high standard.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in print room production.
  • A current unrestricted New Zealand driver licence.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience maintaining accurate records and managing workflows.
  • A commitment to quality, continuous improvement and teamwork.
  • Understanding of Tikanga Māori and a commitment to developing Te Reo Māori capability.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and book binding (desirable).
