Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing daily production support activities including SAP transaction, production order tracking and co-ordinate on the production activities with the functional team. Ensures timely availability of raw materials, accurate stock records, compliances with operational procedures and smooth execution of production schedules.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and raise write-off forms for management approval.
- Perform corresponding SAP transactions and ensure proper filing for audit purposes. Perform stock transfers (BIN to BIN) in the SAP system.
- ISO tank planning for drumming activities.
- Perform flushing, gain, and loss transactions in accordance with the production plan.
- Monitor the availability of empty drums for production use.
- Generate production orders based on the weekly schedule provided in the Production Planning files. To follow up with the production order until closed stage. And to follow up with stock into WHM inventory.
- Track production orders through to closure and ensure inventory is updated accurately in the WHM system.
- Lead the weekly Production Meeting, provide updates on drumming progress, and review the production schedule.
- Work closely with the Regional Planner to align production timelines with targeted delivery dates.
- Monitor raw material inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock for production. Raise Purchase Request for all operational items and equipment.
- Update the Daily Filling Report and maintain accurate records of production activities.
- Perform GR for all indirect purchase orders, including those related to services, maintenance and storage. Prepare a monthly forklift checklist, upload it to the shared folder, and distribute printed copies to forklift operators.
- Create the monthly OT list for Warehouse and Production teams.
- Create and upload attendance forms for Toolbox Meetings, safety briefings, and incident sharing sessions.
- Provide translation and coordination support to the Operations team when necessary.
- Follow up with the QA/QC Department regarding submitted Blending Forms.
- Develop and maintain Work Instructions for operational processes.
- Request quotations from suppliers for all operational requirements.
- Track and follow up on the monthly disposal of waste or obsolete items.
- Generate and extract weekly Quality Inspection reports from the SAP system.
- Create maintain maintenance checklists for operational equipment.
- Provide support and cover for colleagues during absences.,
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirements:
Education : Secondary level
Experience : Minimum 1 year relevant experience
- Have initiative and take responsibility.
- Team player and ability to work safely and follow safe work procedures.
- Able to read, speak and write simple English to liaise with Stakeholders.
