Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Product Operations Manager to oversee product workflows, streamline operations, and ensure successful delivery of platform solutions. The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and drive operational excellence across product lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Process optimization: Design and implement efficient workflows for product development and delivery.
• Cross-functional coordination: Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams.
• Performance monitoring: Track KPIs and ensure operational targets are met.
• Risk management: Identify potential bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to Bahrain’s regulatory standards and company policies.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports for senior leadership on product operations.
• Continuous improvement: Recommend enhancements to product operations and customer delivery models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in product operations, project management, or enterprise platforms.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, SaaS platforms, and digital operations.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
