About the Opportunity

Pranic Drug Store LLC is seeking an experienced pharmaceutical professional to manage the marketing and field development of its diabetes portfolio in the UAE.

This is a hybrid role combining product management, medical promotion, prescription generation, key-account development, and field execution. It is suited to a candidate who can develop a brand strategy in the office and personally execute it in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand plans for the Vildagliptin and Metformin portfolio.
• Promote the portfolio to diabetologists, endocrinologists, internal-medicine specialists, general practitioners, clinics, and pharmacies.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders and high-potential prescribers.
• Generate prescriptions and achieve assigned product and territory targets.
• Prepare product positioning, promotional campaigns, presentations, and training materials.
• Conduct market, competitor, pricing, and prescription-trend analysis.
• Identify and develop new clinics, pharmacies, hospitals, and key accounts.
• Support product listings, pharmacy-chain access, and new-product launches.
• Organise scientific meetings, round-table discussions, and product-promotion activities.
• Train field and distribution teams on product knowledge and positioning.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts, field-coverage reports, and brand-performance reviews.
• Coordinate with commercial, regulatory, distribution, and marketing teams.
• Ensure all promotional activities comply with applicable UAE requirements and company policies.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE pharmaceutical sales or product-management experience.
• Relevant experience in diabetes, endocrinology, cardiometabolic, or internal-medicine products.
• Existing relationships with UAE diabetologists, endocrinologists, clinics, pharmacies, and key accounts.
• Proven experience in prescription generation, product launches, and sales growth.
• Ability to combine strategic product planning with consistent field execution.
• Strong presentation, communication, analytical, and relationship-management skills.
• Commercially driven and capable of working independently.
• Valid UAE driving licence is strongly preferred.
