Location: KL Industrial Park
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM
Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,000 (Based on experience)

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Product Development Manager to lead the development of our Muslimah fashion collections. If you have a strong eye for fashion trends, understand what customers want, and can turn ideas into successful products, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Research the latest Muslimah fashion trends, customer preferences and market demand.
• Plan and develop new collections including Baju Kurung, Daily Wear and seasonal products.
• Work closely with fashion designers, suppliers and production teams to ensure products meet quality, costing and launch timelines.
• Analyse sales performance, customer feedback and market trends to improve future collections.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Creative and Live Sales teams to ensure successful product launches.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in Fashion Product Development, Merchandising or Fashion Design.
• Strong understanding of Muslimah fashion trends and the local fashion market.
• Experience working with garment manufacturers and fabric suppliers.
• Able to plan collections based on market demand and commercial value.
• Strong communication, planning and project management skills.
• Independent, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
