Procurement & Stock Logistics Coordinator
Job Description

400 Gradi Group is looking for a full-time, hands-on Procurement \& Stock Logistics Coordinator to support Gradi Fine Foods, our food manufacturing facility and head office team.

This is a newly created support role within our growing company, helping coordinate procurement, incoming stock, supplier communication, inventory accuracy and logistics across our Fine Foods manufacturing facility.

Required: Procurement, stock control, logistics, supply chain or inventory experience preferred
Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 + super, depending on experience
Location: Coburg North, VIC

About the Role:

Gradi Fine Foods is part of the broader Gradi Group, supporting our venues and customers with high-quality food production, distribution and operational supply.

You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, warehouse/production staff and management to ensure goods are ordered, received, checked and moved efficiently through the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with procurement and ordering of stock, ingredients, packaging, supplies and consumables
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, availability, pricing, delivery timelines and follow-up
  • Check incoming stock against purchase orders, invoices and delivery documentation
  • Identify and report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, shortages or delivery issues
  • Support accurate stock control, stock movement and inventory records
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with reorder requirements where needed
  • Coordinate logistics, deliveries and internal stock movements
  • Maintain accurate records across procurement, inventory and supplier documentation
  • Communicate clearly with production, warehouse, finance and management teams
  • Support process improvements across purchasing, receiving, logistics and stock control
  • Assist with general administration connected to procurement and supply chain operations

About You:

  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, logistics, inventory control or stock administration preferred
  • Experience in food manufacturing, warehousing, hospitality supply, distribution or FMCG would be highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Able to follow processes and maintain clear records
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in both office and operational/site environments
  • Able to identify issues early and communicate them clearly
  • Experience with Excel, inventory systems, ERP systems or similar platforms would be beneficial
  • Reliable, practical and proactive in your approach
