Key Responsibilities
- Parts Interpretation: Use Electronic Parts Catalogs (EPC) and VIN/chassis numbers to identify exact parts needed for repairs.
- Cost Calculation: Price out workshop orders accurately, ensuring maximum cost-efficiency and healthy profit margins.
- Supplier Sourcing: Research, evaluate, and build a trusted network of OEM and aftermarket parts suppliers.
- Vendor Negotiation: Negotiate competitive pricing, trade discounts, and favorable payment terms with distributors.
- Order \& Inventory Management: Place orders, track delivery timelines, and ensure parts arrive on time to prevent workshop bottlenecks.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming parts for correct specifications, quality, and damage before issuing them to technicians.
Requirements \& Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in automotive parts interpreting, sourcing, or dealership parts department operations.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive mechanical systems, component naming, and aftermarket
- Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, sharp attention to detail, and strong communication to collaborate with mechanics and vendors.
- Problem Solving: Ability to quickly find alternative sourcing solutions when specific parts are backordered or hard to find.
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
