About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Coordinator with a strong background in glassware and barware to join our team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end procurement of high-quality glassware, bar tools, and related supplies, ensuring we source the best products at competitive prices while maintaining excellent supplier relationships and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers specializing in glassware (wine glasses, tumblers, stemware, etc.) and barware (shakers, strainers, jiggers, bar tools, etc.)
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings without compromising quality
• Create and manage purchase orders, track shipments, and resolve any delivery or quality issues
• Maintain accurate inventory levels of glassware and barware to prevent stockouts or overstocking
• Build and manage strong relationships with existing and new vendors in the hospitality and barware industry
• Review product samples, ensure quality standards are met, and handle returns or replacements when needed
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, sales, finance, warehouse) to understand current and upcoming needs
• Keep detailed records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance
• Monitor market trends in glassware and barware to identify new products and cost-saving opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement or solid bartender experience, as long as the candidate has strong knowledge of glassware and barware
• Good understanding of different types of glassware (crystal, tempered, stemless, etc.) and professional bar tools
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using procurement Odoo ERP system is a plus
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality and cost control

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
