IT Project Coordinator - Business Analyst

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized Project IT Administrator to support an IT deployment project across the Klang Valley. The ideal candidate will assist the Project Manager in coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, tracking project progress, and ensuring smooth communication among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate project meetings and follow up on action items.

Assist the Project Manager in tracking project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

Maintain and organize project documentation, reports, and records.

Prepare project status reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.

Manage project documents using SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.

Track project tasks, issues, and change requests.

Support procurement activities and vendor coordination.

Update project trackers and monitor project progress.

Escalate project risks or delays when required.

Compile project performance metrics and management reports.

Provide general administrative support to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

0–2 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, IT administration, or a similar role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or other collaboration tools is an advantage.

Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Own transportation (car or motorbike) is required.

Able to join immediately.
