Understanding country marketing objectives, strategies, and marketing mix, as well as regional priorities, and performing responsibilities accordingly
Implementing necessary pricing actions to support business objectives and ensuring that pricing review procedures are followed
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations and Customer Service functions to ensure alignment on pricing strategies and business objectives
Coordinating with the Regional Pricing Team to deploy regional systems and measure the impact of pricing initiatives
Developing and maintaining pricing manuals, discount guidelines, procedures, and policies in coordination with relevant stakeholders
Increasing awareness of the importance of pricing across the organization and strengthen the role of pricing in decision-making processes
Conducting profitability analyses for non-standard customers and pricing requests
Designing, developing, and implementing proactive pricing processes and practices; preparing reports for Sales Team and Senior Management to identify profit opportunities
Supporting commercial teams by providing pricing insights, recommendations, and analytical expertise
The Person:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or related field
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish
Experience in data analysis, reporting, and profitability assessment
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar or related roles
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and statistical analysis skills
Team-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
