About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring everything runs smoothly for both staff and clients. You will work closely with veterinarians and nurses to maintain a high standard of patient care while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and workflow
• Lead, support, and develop a team of veterinary professionals
• Manage rostering, HR duties, and staff performance
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory control
• Ensure excellent customer service and client communication
• Maintain compliance with veterinary regulations and workplace standards
• Work collaboratively with clinical staff to improve efficiency and patient care outcomes

About You

• Previous experience in practice management (veterinary or healthcare preferred)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities
