Asset and Facilities Operations Manager

Onyx Hospitality Infrastructure is immediately hiring an experienced Asset and Facilities Operations Manager to oversee our premium commercial and hospitality real estate portfolio in Muscat. This is a permanent, full-time leadership position based out of our coastal management office on Al Kharijiyah Street, Shatti Al Qurum (Muscat 134).

We are offering a tax-free executive salary package of OMR 2,300 per month, inclusive of all regional housing and transport allowances.

The Role and Team Impact

As the senior operations lead on-site, you will take full ownership of the physical integrity, engineering uptime, and operational budget of our flagship luxury assets. This is not a passive desk role; you will actively lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and specialized sub-contractors to maintain five-star standards across all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Your daily focus will center on maximizing energy efficiency, eliminating operational wastage, and ensuring total structural compliance with international safety codes and Omani civil defense regulations.

Your Professional Background

To be successful in this position, you must bring a minimum of six to eight years of direct facilities management leadership experience within luxury hotels, high-end commercial estates, or mixed-use hospitality developments. A formal degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a dedicated Facilities Management credential) is essential.

From a systems perspective, we require hands-on proficiency with modern Building Management Systems, CAFM software, and preventative maintenance scheduling. Because you will be reporting directly to international stakeholders and local ministerial authorities, you must possess flawless professional English communication and reporting skills.
