Responsibilities include

Campaign Strategy \& Execution

  • Developing and executing paid media campaigns (PPC, Meta) that precisely target audience segments and drive outstanding engagement, conversions, and acquisition results.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management, ensuring campaigns are strategically aligned with client goals.
  • Demonstrate relentless attention to detail by continuously optimizing ad messaging and targeting tactics based on data and audience insights.

Collaboration:

  • Partner closely with content and creative teams to craft high-performing, tailored ad creatives
  • Collaborate with client success teams to deliver insightful performance reports and proactively implement enhancements that push campaigns to the next level.
  • Clearly communicate campaign results and strategic recommendations to both internal teams and clients, embodying your role as a trusted lead.

Optimization \& Innovation:

  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics and testing methodologies to fine-tune targeting, bidding strategies with a mindset of continuous perfection.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, tools, and industry best practices, constantly seeking innovative ways to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Fearlessly experiment with new ad formats, targeting options, and bidding strategies, always aiming to elevate performance beyond expectations.

Budget \& Performance Management:

  • Manage paid media budgets strategically to maximize return on investment and meet aggressive campaign goals.
  • Track and analyze KPIs such as conversion rates, store visits, and ROAS, taking initiative to make data-driven improvements.
  • Deliver actionable insights from data analysis to refine strategies and relentlessly drive better results.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, and Meta Ads
  • A strong understanding of audience targeting, and campaign optimization rooted in data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools including Google Analytics and platform dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ambition and a striving for excellence in campaign execution and performance improvement.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit that positions you as a dependable resource for clients and internal teams.
