Requisition ID: REQ679054 This position is funded as a CNS2 level. If you have a post graduate qualification and at least 3 years’ experience working in the sector, you are eligible to apply for the CNS2 grading. If you do not meet the CNS2 criteria, you are still eligible to apply for this position as a Registered Nurse, but with a commitment to undertake the required post graduate qualifications within the next 3 years of being appointed to the position.

The Population Health Nurse offers sexual health, bloodborne virus and hepatology services for patients within NSW Correctional Centres. In this role, you will be part of the Population Health team, integral Population Health services and activities and will be recognised as a healthcare professional employing your clinical skills and critical thinking in delivering high quality patient care. You will be part of a team that strives to support each other to reach our potential, focus on what matters most and continue to be innovative in approaches to practice.
