About the Position

MR Compounding Pharmacy is looking for an energetic, dependable, and professional Provider Outreach \& Marketing Representative / Pharmacy Technician Trainee to help grow our compounding pharmacy business.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building professional relationships, and communicating with healthcare providers. The role combines in-person marketing throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area with telephone outreach to providers both in Texas and out of state.

The selected candidate will represent MR Compounding Pharmacy to physicians, clinics, medical practices, and other healthcare professionals while helping us develop and maintain long-term provider relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit physicians, clinics, wellness practices, dermatology offices, hormone and weight-management practices, and other healthcare provider offices throughout the DFW area.
• Introduce MR Compounding Pharmacy and educate provider offices about our compounding services, prescription process, patient services, and available pharmacy resources.
• Make professional outbound calls to physicians and other healthcare provider offices.
• Follow up with providers located farther from the pharmacy, including appropriate out-of-state provider offices.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with physicians, providers, nurses, medical assistants, office managers, and other healthcare staff.
• Identify opportunities to establish relationships with new provider offices and increase awareness of our compounding pharmacy services.
• Deliver, email, or fax approved pharmacy marketing and educational materials to provider offices.
• Consistently follow up with offices after visits and phone calls.
• Maintain accurate records of provider visits, phone calls, contacts, follow-ups, and outcomes.
• Communicate provider questions, requests, and potential business opportunities to the pharmacist and management team.
• Assist with pharmacy-related duties and training as assigned while working toward pharmacy technician requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Must be able to communicate professionally and confidently in both English and Spanish.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer-service, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable visiting medical offices and speaking directly with healthcare professionals and office staff.
• Comfortable making outbound marketing and follow-up calls.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Dependable, organized, motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to organize daily provider visits and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Previous experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales, healthcare marketing, provider relations, outside sales, B2B sales, or business development is preferred.
• Previous pharmacy experience is helpful but not required.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the DFW area are required.

Pharmacy Technician Training \& Requirements

You do not need to already be a pharmacy technician to apply.

MR Compounding Pharmacy will assist the selected candidate with the initial pharmacy technician trainee registration process, as applicable.

The employee will be expected to meet applicable pharmacy technician credentialing requirements within two years of the employment start date, in accordance with applicable Texas Board of Pharmacy requirements.

Compensation

Starting pay: $15.00–$20.00 per hour

• Business development
• Pharmacy or healthcare settings

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday

10:00 AM–5:00 PM

This position requires regular travel to healthcare provider offices throughout the DFW area as well as phone outreach to providers outside the immediate area.
