We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly adaptable Floating Community Manager to support multiple apartment communities throughout our portfolio. This position is ideal for a multifamily professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving challenges, and can seamlessly step into communities to provide leadership, operational support, and hands-on management.

As a Floating Community Manager, you will serve as a key operational resource, filling in during management vacancies, supporting new acquisitions, assisting with lease-up opportunities, and partnering with onsite teams to drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial performance.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of assigned apartment communities.
  • Support leasing, marketing, resident retention, and occupancy goals.
  • Manage collections, delinquency, and revenue performance.
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure curb appeal and operational excellence.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and training to onsite teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
  • Respond to resident concerns and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with budgeting, expense control, and property financial performance.
  • Support special projects, acquisitions, staffing transitions, and community improvements.
  • Partner with Maintenance teams to ensure outstanding property conditions and resident satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of multifamily property management experience.
  • Previous Community Manager experience preferred.
  • Strong leasing, operations, collections, and resident relations experience.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord-tenant regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Experience with property management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
