Job Summary
We are looking for a Qatar-licensed Registered Pharmacist to work part-time in our pharmaceutical/medical trading operation. The pharmacist will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the pharmaceutical store, ensuring proper handling and storage of products, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting documentation and inventory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and supervise the pharmaceutical store in accordance with Qatar Ministry of Public Health requirements.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of pharmaceutical and medical products.
- Monitor stock levels, batch numbers, expiry dates, and product conditions.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Support receiving, checking, and dispatching of products.
- Ensure appropriate documentation for incoming and outgoing products.
- Monitor temperature and storage conditions where applicable.
- Support regulatory and compliance requirements related to the pharmaceutical store.
- Maintain proper records and documentation for inspections and audits.
- Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and internal team members when required.
- Report expired, damaged, or non-conforming products and ensure appropriate action is taken.
- Support product registration, regulatory documentation, and Ministry-related requirements when needed.
- Ensure the premises and pharmaceutical activities remain compliant with applicable Qatar regulations.
- Perform other pharmacy/store-related duties as required by management.
Requirements
- Valid Qatar Pharmacist License / Registration with the relevant Qatar authority.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
- Previous experience working in a pharmaceutical store, pharmacy, medical trading company, or pharmaceutical distribution environment is preferred.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical storage, inventory control, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently on a part-time basis.
- Previous experience with Qatar MOPH pharmaceutical regulations is an advantage.
Working Arrangement
- Part-time position
- Working hours/days to be agreed based on business requirements.
- The pharmacist must be available to attend the store and perform the required responsibilities during agreed working hours.
- Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, licensing status, and agreed working hours.
Preferred Profile
The ideal candidate should have practical experience with Qatar pharmaceutical regulations, pharmaceutical warehouse/store operations, inventory management, product expiry and batch control, and MOPH compliance.
Pay: From QAR1,000.00 per month
