PERSONAL ASSISTANT CUM FASHION STYLIST TO FOUNDER – FULL TIME
LOCATION: SALAK PERDANA, SEPANG
Salary: RM2,000 – RM4,000 per month

We are looking for a Personal Assistant cum Fashion Stylist to work closely with the Founder, supporting both daily arrangements and personal styling for business, events and brand activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, meetings, travel plans and daily arrangements.
- Coordinate schedules, reminders and preparations to ensure the Founder stays organised and on time.
- Plan and prepare outfits for meetings, events, campaigns, livestreams, photoshoots and business trips.
- Source clothing, hijabs, shoes, accessories and styling items that complement the Founder’s personal image and the brand’s identity.
- Organise and maintain the Founder’s wardrobe, including outfit records, fittings, alterations and returns.
- Liaise with designers, boutiques, photographers, makeup artists, vendors and internal teams.
- Assist the Founder during events, photoshoots, livestreams and other work-related activities.
- Handle confidential information professionally and support other tasks assigned by the Founder.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in Fashion Styling, Fashion Design, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Fashion Stylist or in a similar role.
- Strong fashion sense with an understanding of modest fashion, colours, body proportions and current trends.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Proactive, resourceful, discreet and comfortable working closely with the Founder.
- Willing to work flexible hours, travel and attend events when required.
- Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
- Styling portfolio or previous styling experience is an added advantage.
